MB manual says it does not support ecc
yet there is an option in bios to enable or disable it.
i have crucial ecc ddr and a shuttle ak31

Since i can run ghost successful
can i assume that the memory is working and that it is not the cause of my other problems?

the mb detects the memory and has ran dos, and ghost.
But system has crashed during set up of 98 and NT4

thanks

if you disable ECC in BIOS it will work just as regular RAM. dont worry, its not the problem. just be sure its really disabled and its not running as EC only because this must be also an available option.

thanks, i double check it.
I just ordered a new dimm and im RMAing my my other 2 dimms
but i need to get my system up and running
I dont think that the mem is my problem.
