View Full Version : Mid Tower with a 120mm exhaust?
I have a Praetorian and I love it! Nice clean design, and it has 2x80mm intakes and 2x80mm exhausts. However, only being able to house 80mm fans has its disadvantages, even if there are 4 of them.
I've been searching and searching, but haven't really been able to find a good mid-tower case with a 120mm exhaust and room for 2x80mm intakes or a 120mm intake or some other effective active intake.
I know there are many more options if I step it up to a full tower, but I just want to know about mid-towers. I don't need bells and whistles, I just need functionality. Any suggestions? Thanks guys! :)

I would recommend the antec superlanboy if you are going for a little style, or if you just want good cooling and practicality, look at the antec slk3000

How about an Antec P-160?
120mm exhaust and intake. My main case.
Here's my build- http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=440738
Thanks for the suggestions, I pretty much saw those as the only options too. The Sonata is nice, but no active intake. veryhumid, you're right, I would prefer something less flashy. As for the SLK3000, I actually bought that for a rig I made for someone else. It's a nice case, but I don't like the vented side panel. The P-160 seems to have good ventilation, but I'm not a big fan of the clip-in drive bays.
Sorry if I'm being difficult, but keep the suggestions coming if you can. :) Something tells me I'm going to have a hard time finding anything better than the Praetorian unless I get a full tower.

There's no place for intake fans though, that's something I think I really would need. I'm going to try to use a rad in the front and in the back.
