Has anyone out there had any experience with ordering from computercooler.com? I've ordered some fans(at seemingly great prices), but feel I may have been had...All of my email queries to their general info, customer support, sales, and webmaster have been returned undelivered, their phone is either busy or no answer, and their fax number rings with no answer.
Am I getting one of those hard lessons about online ordering?

No mention of this company at www.resellerratings.com (http://www.resellerratings.com/c.html)
All I could find on them is that ljcinteractive.com created the site for them (http://www.ljcinteractive.com/portfolio.htm)

just keep at them
keep calling and calling some one is bound to pick up
also im forgot the name of the website but im sure someone here know what it is but you can type in the url and it will give you a name as to who registerd it.
then go to att.com and go to the directory page and you can look up there phone number and address.
just keep on them till they crack ( then again some times there busy for xmas but thats no excuse)

Me too!!! I ordered a fan from them and never received it. The excuse was the person who is doing the shipping, his wife is sick and it will be ship out in about two weeks (that was 4 months ago) so I say cancel my order and credit back my credit card. They never did. I've been calling them back, at least 15 times and spoke to the same lady. Same answer, I'll do it right now.

Glad I was able to help you fellas, do me and others a favor, go to www.resellerratings.com (http://www.resellerratings.com/c.html) once you get your merchandise(or if you dont) and fill out an evaluation on this company this way you will be helping others that may buy from them. Just be honest in your evaluation. ;)
