Compound and case fan questions

1. Which is better: Antec Silver Thermal Compound or Arctic II ?

2. Also what do you think about a case fan with a filter ?
Would I really need one ?
What's the popular one today ?

Most people here use Arctic Silver I and II. So I would say go with Arctic II. As for the case fan and filter I would say yes use it, it will help keep the dust out of your rig. If you want to cut a pair of pantyhose and use that as a filter.

Use Arctic Silver 2, it is the only one with such high silver content!
I would say use filters, My cpu cooler in 1 month was cloged
with dust, I knew there was a reason for it to crash :rolleyes:
