Currently running 2 512 sticks in sig and want to upgrade to 2g total. Is fatser clock better or faster timings? I want to go at least PC3500 or better and am leaning towards PC5000, OCZ platinum. Any one with experience or better recomendations?

THanks for the link. I like the price, although I've never heard of these folks. Any references guys? Also, anyone tried this memory with this board?

A couple of reviewers have gotten good OC results with the TWINX2048-3500LLPro:

248 MHz @ 2.5-3-2-6 1T / 2.8v
254 MHz @ 2-3-2-6 1T / 2.79v
I decided to go with it myself (on it's way as of this morning!) but it was a difficult choice over the TWINX2048-4000PT ...

Corsair TWINX3200C2 2x1gig (Infineon) That do DDR400 2-3-2-5, 1T http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=89624
and TeanXtreem 2x512 (TCCD) that do DDR600 at 2.5-4-3-7, 1T See pickey. Both on an ASUS A8N32-D
Determine youe max FSB and choose mamory that will run at that speed 1:1. 2x512 will always be faster than 1x2gig, all else being equal.

Geez! you aim to please! Thanks for the info. The comment about the 2x 512 being faster than 2 x1 g has me wondering, for running Oblivion and other games, would I be better off as is or with the increased memory capacity? My current 3500's are running at speeds shown in sig. I haven't really started O'clocking this puppy yet, although I know from an earlier build these will run 2-3-3-6 @ 242 1:1.
Corsair has the twinx 3500LL available and the OCZ PC4000 El platinum's been Ok'd for this board. Now I'm wondering if it's worth the investment. What da ya think?

I'm not really a gammer, Nascar, Doom3 sometimes, but I hear 2x1gig is better for high end games. And there is no DDR600 2x1 available.

Thanks to the inputs I decided on the Corsair TwinX3500LL (no lights), seemed the best trade off for speed with the tighter timings. I should be able to push a solid 10-15% overclock at 1:1 and that would treat me just fine! Should have it in tomorrow. I'll run some benches as is and then with the new.
Thanks for your help guys!
PS. I will have two killer 512 mb sticks of OCZ El Platinum PC3500 2-2-2-5 for sale or trade. PM with offer.

I just wanted to add that: I dont know if the Corsair Twin-X PC3500LL Pro is going to have the same issue as my Twin X 3200C2PT - but I wouldnt recommend the 3200C2PT - the newest revision of this memory WILL NOT run CAS 2 in AMD systems, only CAS 2.5... Intel however can run CAS 2.
I have this memory, and the highest OC I can get at 2.85V is 445mhz at 2.5-3-6-3-1T.
I'd recommend going with OCZ PC4000.

I'd recommend going with OCZ PC4000. Did you mean 223 MHz or 245 MHz? I'd be ecstatic if I could get 445 MHz (DDR 890!) from any RAM ... ;)

I meant 223mhz - 445 DDR effective ;)
I wish I knew if this was BH-5 or TCCD... afraid to push the voltage any higher than 2.85V...

RedDragonXXX assembled a nice list of sticks and their chipsets:

Needs a little updating though, my 3500LL are made from Infineon Rev. C (as of 1 Mar 06) ...
