I am planning to setup my water cooling system with in the next few weeks, I have a 1.33 ghz AMD TB, and a Asus A7V133, what should I be expecting when I oc my processor? Will be able to hit 1.6?

Ya, I think you could, just checked in CPU Database, and most a lot of 1.33 T-Birds with watercooling were able to hit past 1.6. Mostly depends on the chip, if it has a good stepping ...
