what is an ideal range these get signals from ?
im thinking about using a small satelite dish. the size of a dish network or direct tv satelite.
think that would be a huge improvement over a cantenna ?
i was looking at this site ( http://www.turnpoint.net/wireless/cantennahowto.html ) .. i can make one like that or mod a satelite dish to do the same thing. my brothers house is in the country. so is his frineds.... its about 1 - 1.5 miles away .. what are my chances ?? do i need a satelite on both ends ( i know it would be better, but im thinking of cost ) ?
