possible upgrade?

I recently fried my 9800 pro 256mb and I was looking for a new card. Considering the fact I don't have the money to revamp my computer for pci-e im stuck with agp. Somone suggested this card to me http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130274

That is the best agp board you can get, well their is a 7800gs from some other maker that is better because it has 4 more pipes enabled.
