After some reseach on what i should upgrade to here is what i cam up with lemme know what u think.

EPOX 8KHA+ KT266A
Athlon XP 1600+ Palomino
168 Pin PC2100 DDR 256MB 266MHz (x2)

Already have:
Geofore 2 MX VO
Sound Blaster Live! MP3!

What else should i change?

Looks Good! But if you have an extra $50 I'd switch the GeForce 2MX to a Ti. I got one and it's a great card! You're card will do fine though if you don't have it. Just a suggestion.
