how to check throttling

alright i have been messing with rightmark and i cannot seem to figure out how to see if i am throttling. any suggestions on programs or anything like that to test my 805 to see if i have throttling occuring?

www.google.com, type in Throttle Watch. Make sure to turn on thermal throttling in BIOS, so the sensor is enabled in the actual program. It will look something like this:
