This is my problem, All L1 bridges are connected by silver, and
I tested them with a multimeter and all bridges are well
connected, so it can't be a problem. But multiplier is still
locked! My mobo is SiS730S..
In bios, CPU multiplier is still locked..only FSB can be changed.
Do you know something??

WOW! You really have a problem there! What you should do is install your cpu on another mobo that you may have. If you don't have another mobo then check your work on the chip again and make shure that you only connected all of the L1 Bridges and nothing else. There may also be a bad connection there somewhere. Do the unlocking job over!

Does that particular Motherboard support multiplier adjustments through DIP switches/Jumpers? If so, try those first.

Failing that, use a mechanical pencil w/ a .05(i think) mm lead, and make sure to cover those contacts REALLY well.

I used silver for L1 bridges..they are now about 0.1 ohms/bridge
so there is good enough connection! There is no any DIP switches on my mobo..my bios has softCPU settings:

CPU: 800/100MHz
multiplier: 8x
SDRAM: 133MHz
Vcore: 1.650V

This is what it looks like. I only can change CPU to 1066/133 and
SDRAM to 100 or 133MHz. Vcore and multiplier cannot be
changed..

Have just looked through some specifications for your MoBo. I can find no reference to being able to overclock this MoBo by unlocking the chip, are you sure this feature is available in your BIOS?
