HSF for ASUS A7V266-E (Swiftech MC462A ?)

Can somebody please tell me, if the Swiftech MC462A will fit on the Asus A7v266-E? Wich mods might be necessary? Do you happen to know a HSF that can be installed without modding and still provides extreme performance with VERY LOW noise?
