did u try google for some reviews?

those external in one kits are usually ok if u are running stock settings without all the noise from the fans

I've got the waterchill extreme pump, I believe it's a Hydor L30 with a reservoir and a little circuit board. It's quiet and I get high flow, but it's 3/8" tubing if that's an issue. Much happier with it than my second-hand D4 (that broke).
