Getting a PD805 system a quaestion

IM going to get:

MB: P5WD2 Premium
RAM: 1Gb Corsair DDRII 800
Cooler: Zalman CNPS9500 (will change to water later)
HDD: 250GB SATA Seagate
GFX: Sapphire x1600xt 256MB


Now i have a Fortron BlueStorm 500W PSU
This should be good enough to overclock the CPU to 3.8 or maybe 3.9Ghz right?
I dont know if this PSU has 30amps on the 12v cant check right now
can anyone tell me if it does?
Whats with the 30amps thing anyway? 300watts 1phase = 15amps and the CPU doesnt go over 280watts so 15amps should be enough


it should not be a problem, but if you go for 4.x+ single rail is the way..

Yes, it's 15A on 12V1 & 12V2. I have a friend running an 805 @ 4Ghz with a Bluestorm.
