*sigh* a while ago my I-Tunes for what ever reason decided to die
Just died
Which meens I cant access a lot of my music. Im using Windows media player now
I have re installed, un installed and downloaded the new and old versions. Played around with everything and it just wont start up! GRR
I have lived with it for this long. But I have a lot of music I want to access that I know is still in its folders in the itunes folder. But I just cant play.
Anyway of converting these into MP3? Or WMA or anything like that?

Well, if you bought them off the iTunes music store, well, then, you can't play them anywhere except through iTunes or your iPod. There is a way to strip the copy protection on them, but don't think I'm allowed to post that.

However, if it's stuff you ripped, then they should play in any media player provided that you have the right codecs.

Oh, and it's AAC, not ACC.

If you look at the song files, if their extension is *.m4p, they're protected. If they're *.m4a, any media player with the right codecs should be able to play them.
