Don't go over 60C and you should try to stay under 55C if it's possible.

but they can take up to 95 degrees celcus, then bang. (more like a hiss the nothing)

Having worked with numbers of Durons over the last few months I have found that they are seldom stable over 55C and the system will normally crash going into Windoze anyway.
On the other hand if you are not aware of a cooling problem on boot it could be too late anyway!
