If i want to send results in for current wu, but not download anymore.

Do i just run the client with "-oneunit" flag ?

Is there a better, easier way?

If you're running as a service, -oneunit will have to go in the registry. Set the service to manual when you turn it off to edit the registry so that it won't later download another WU after a reboot. With the text console or GUI, -oneunit in the shortcut target line is the most elegant way. -pause works equally as well.
