Help Setting up TightVNC Please :)

i need someone who knows how to setup properly tightvnc to hit me up on aim and walk me thru it. No matter how many times ive tried i cannot get it to work or setup right :)

so please anyone wanna help a fellow o'cer out?

Its basically installing it and letting it run. If it doesn't start up with the computer intall the service (look in the menu in the start menu). Should be simple. what isn't working?
