memory type on x800GTO

Sorry for the newbie question, but I have searched and can't find where to figure out which type memory I have 1.6nm or 2.0nm

I have a new x800GTO Sapphire AGP

in the ATI tool settings it has:
CONFIG DIE FUSES 0XFFFFFFFF
CONFIG ROM FUSES 0XFFFFFF9F

so I think I'm golden there. I want to change bios to the 800XL to open all 16 pipes. There are two of them 1.6 and 2.0. I don't know which I need.

anyone have an idea?

I looked at the chip and it ends with 20 so I tried the 2.0. No dice. The P/N and SSID do not match. So I tried the 1.6. Same thing.

How do I flash this card to x800XL? BTW, I used flashrom on a startup disk.

take it out and try a part number search on the mem modules?
