Anyone have any dloads for adjusting the FSB? Or where to look?

SoftFSb..It lets adjust the FSB in windows without restarting and you can get it here (http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10106-100-4375492.html?tag=st.dl.10001-103-1.lst-7-1.4375492).
