GTA: San Andreas Crashes (help plz)

when i try to deliver the buffalo to the eastern docks the game crashes :( it crashes right before i get up to the gate.

I have no idea why it does this ... it happens every time i get near the gate.
i'm using the latest patch . I have all the latest stable drivers for my pc. i'm using 6.4 ati drivers.

Weird.... That sounds really different. Ive never heard of that before. Ill research it and tell you when I get the answer. I play GTA san Andreas on the playstion 2 so I really dont know whats wrong. Is the disc scratched and smeared.

i have it for the pc and i'm 100% sure the disk is fine :( this really sux for me because i was going to try and beat the game finally... i bought gta a few days after it came out and now i am really gonna put some effort into playing it.

Is it the only game that glitches? Does it freeze at anywhere in the games exept the gates. It sounds like it could be a hardware problem but im not quite sure. You passed all the requirements of the games right. Sorry about the game man that sucks.

I know that GTA SA had some serious issues with realtek onboard sound. That and it didnt like playing with my 9800pro all that much.

Can you backup your save game and try it without the latest patch?
Or if possible a friend with GTA SA and they could try your save game. To see if it crashes on them. If it doesnt and thats the only problem you could continue with it on your machine after that one mission.
