I dunno if everyone already knew about this program, and I was just left out, but I was looking around for something to play with the voltages and multipliers on my P-M lappy, and I found RM Clock Utility.

http://cpu.rightmark.org/download.shtml

I used Prime95 to test how low I could get my vcore, and then set up some profiles. One is for max battery, forcing 800MHz @ .7v all the time. Another jumps back and forth between 800MHz @ .7v and 1730MHz @ 1.1v depending on load. I'm playing with a few other in-betweens too.

Enjoy.

Yup it's a nifty little program... another one that does about the same thing (but a tiny bit better in my opinion anyways) is Notebook Hardware Control

The_Coolest has GCPUID as well- works pretty well, but not very flexible. more like using a stick to controll your cars RPM
