Ok, still working on this mod but I thought I would post it in case someone is interested. Had an idea whilst redoing the case. I had my cd drive out and the new lights on I just put in (new thread in a couple of days, sound activated neon,works great). I had a lot of light coming out that bay and an empty one so why not put it to work. I am making a cutout on an empty bay door and putting plexi on the inside. Prototype works great, nice front side illuminated logo, etc. I am just not the best carver, but got the dremel on it. Tried it with just a piece of cardboard and works great!
