There is voltage monitoring software that reads from sensors on the motherboard... Motherboard monitor is one that is popularly used, though there are other options also.

Do you mean the voltages it delivers? Cause that's the only thing you can check. Use Motherboard Monitor or Speedfan. MBM has been discontinued so it might not work for newer boards like your a64 one.

yeah i tries mobo monitor but it isnt compatable with my asus :(

I think that speedfan monitors the voltages coming from all of your rails.
There are several programs to monitor voltage. (none will monitor 'power' aka amps/watts) Your mobo manufacture will usually supply this, or something like speedfan should work.
