First off, here's my specs,

Motherboard : Foxconn 975X7AA
GFX Card : Powercolor x1900XTX 512mb
Power supply : Antec SmartPower 500w
CPU: Intel Pentium D 930 3.0GHZ LGA775 2x2mb L2 Cache
RAM : 2GB of OCZ Gold DDR2

Ok I got the machine all built fine .. I go to boot.. it posts fine .. but once it gets to the windows loading screen it loads for maybe 5 seconds and then crashes and reboots. Any ideas as to what may be my problem?

This is after a fresh install of windows right?? I would try re-installing windows again, or maybe run memtest86+ to check your ram.

Here's a link if you don't already have it. http://www.memtest.org/

This is after a fresh install of windows right?? What kind of hard drive are you using? I would try re-installing windows again, or maybe run memtest86+ to check your ram.

its not a fresh install, no, should I reinstall?

ABSOLUTELY! You'll never get that baby to boot windows with all that new hardware. Reinstall and your good to go.

yeah, it's best to do a fresh install so that all the appropriate drivers are used. I bet it goes into safe mode fine, right?

Certainly try to do a fresh windows install. But in the end this may not be the culprit in this case. Your power supply is probably not up to running dual-core Intel CPUs at stock clock rates, much less OC them. If fresh software doesn't cure the problem I'd definitely pick up an OCZ PS520 or the like.
