Memory???

Saw this memory at ebay;(http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?ht=1&from=R4&satitle=corsair+3200llpt&sacat=58058%26catref%3DC6?
and was wonder which one of these (3) is better?

My computer is an AMD Athlon XP 3200 with a MSI K7N2 Delta ILSR MB.

The memory I have now is 256mb of value ram and was looking for a little more performance.

Personally, I wouldn't buy memory off of eBay, too shady. But, the one highlighted in purple, Corsair TWINX1024-3200LLPT v1.1. If they truly are BH-5's, those are the best bet.
