Plse : Alpha PAL 8045 compatibility with my motherboard

I'd like to buy it but I don't know if it is compatible, no words about my motherboard brand on Alpha's site (http://www.micforg.co.jp). Here is a tiny pic of my motherboard, it is a SOLTEK SL-75KV2-X. I think there is only one capacitor that could cause a problem but alpha bored the corners of the PAL so it may not... Please have a look

your board does have the four holes and i dont think any thing around the socket is a problem, but i have seen problems mounting the alpha, my choise is go for the swiftech as it can mount better
