X1800XT voltages

Hi, first time trying out ocing on my card. I got ati tool beta 14, I did what it said on the above sticky, now a question. I see 3 voltages in ati tool.
2 of them are exactly the same, MVDDC and MVDDQ. When I change the top one should I also change the bottom one? Or what?

Think those voltages are 2D but I have RAM same as 2D and for D3D I put VGPU to 1.35v .. not sure what stock D3D is but 1.35v is stable for me at stock clocks.

Oh I see, Ive also heard people saying not to mess with those 2 memory voltages as ati cards do actually worse with more mem volts? Is that true?

And whats the max safe volts do you think I can give it on good air?
