I am just dieing to stick the Corsair in there,

Hey all,
I have an Asus P5WDG2-WS with a P 950D running OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Unbuffered DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit,
I have CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Unbuffered DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit just sitting around,
I am just dieing to stick the Corsair in there,
Any downsides or problems with this?
They both have Cas Latency 4 and each set would be on there own chanels.

Should be alright. Got to watch the other timings. As long as you have all of the memory settings on Auto in the BIOS, you should be ok.
