are E-DATA psu's good?

i've got an E-DATA 300w psu that came with my atx case. does anyone know if these are good? how do i know if it's doing a good job for me? if it's not a good psu which one do you recommend?

never heard of that brand, most cases dont come with good psu, so if you want to get a new one get an enermax 350 watt, this will be more than powerful enough for your system.....
