You want to read something REAL funny, check out the bottom of the first section, in the description.

Something tells me, that is wrong.

This board can easily be your foundation for a superb system.Based on the Intel 915G chipset, the IG-81 delivers a fully integrated solution for system integrators with support for the latest Intel LGA 775 CPUs, and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 technology with full DirectX® 9 support.

Just incase they take it down.

It does seem somewhat weird, ABIT using an Intel chipset on a Nvidia board. :bang head :D:D

I would have thought they would use an Nvidia chipset.

O_o What are you people smoking? Both Abit's site and Outpost lists it as an nForce 3 250 chipset. :) Oh. Wait. Tacked onto the bottum of the description. Hey, think this'll support a Conroe when they come out? :D

Oh, BTW, that's stupid cheap. It's sold out though. :-/

God damn that was cheap. I would have picked up a used 754 chip and make it a decent cruncher.

received! It looks pretty nifty! Now to look for a good processor... I saw the post about the amd athlon 64 Venice 3200 for non-overclocking goodness. What do you recommend for a budget system?

I got my order of 3 last week. I paired this NF8-V with the venice 754 3000+ from the $69 cpu/combo from Frys. Wow, this board kicks ass. Got tons of overclocking features. Didnt even adjust any of the voltages and I was able to boot my venice 754 to 2.5 Ghz. Simply amazing.
