Im lookin for a like strategy game where I control the country/world. A game where I can build buildings, start my own military, start wars with other countries (nuke other countries :D) , start alliances with other countries, and like control issues in my country. Thanks.

Rise of Nations. I think there is another like Act of War but I have never played it. RoN is like that though, and a lot of fun.

Civ IV Is amazing. And it gets to be modern based.
