I'm going to be replacing my Ram and wanted to know if I HAVE to reset the CMOS?

I'd rather not have to change back all the settings in my bios.

Shouldn't have to, especially if it's the exact same stuff. Now if the voltages and timings you have set up for the RAM don't allow it to boot, then yes.

Thanks. The Ram will still be 2GB (1GB ea. stick), Corsair. Just giving my son the XMS 3200Pro and I'm installing 4400Pro. My current Ram is not overclocked.

Yeah, if you haven't messed with any RAM settings (left it all automatic), you (almost) definitely don't have to worry about the BIOS. However, that does not mean your RAM will definitely work. Test the new stuff first before you ditch the old, if possible. My bets are that you'll be fine though.
