use the 133mhz memory speed divider in the BIOS.
That will put you at 192mhz approximately. Then you should tighten those timings.

If you were to use the 166mhz divider, the memory speed would possibly be too high at 245mhz.

You do all this from the BIOS. The only thing you really need to do is check for memory stability. Memtest86 and Prime95 Blend are good tests to use.

Absolutely. That's the divider I use to keep my memory at 220MHz. Doesn't like anything, really, much higher than that.
