PSU FOR X1800XT ON THE CHEAP!

Here is in the budget, 40 shipped for free with a 10 rebate end cost $30

If you can spend a bit more perhaps this, I use the same PSU with X1800XT 256, 320GB sata2 drive , 2GB DDR, x2 3800 @ 2.6, dvdrw and 120 case fan with arctic freezer on cpu. never had an issue and it is quiet with solid rails but it is gonna cost $80 shipped

If you are on a real budget just grab the Thermaltake for now you can not go wrong at the end price shipped of 30. its got warranty and will run what you have

i would take the ENERMAX Noisetaker over thermaltake one. im using a ocz 450watt modstream with my x1800xt 512 works fine, that psu cost 80.00 but has a 20 mail in rebate on newegg

You need the 512mb if you have a high resolution monitor.

Very good PSU and extremely overlooked. I may well use this exact PSU for my future conroe build. Compare the 3.3v, 5v and both 12v rails against other psu's if in any doubt. For such a cheap PSU it is very good (and beats the hell out of the antec neo stuff).

Plus it has modular cabling, what more could you want! :)
