How Long For Seagate RMA?

i was wonderin how long it useually takes after seagate has recieved the hard drive and posted it recieved on your account that it takes for them to issues a replacement?

anyone ever deal with seagate rma before?

they recieved my hdd on the 13th, posted it on the 14th :)

i just wanna know what i should expect

I've done a few, and I have usually found Seagate to be one of the better ones, once you get past their original crap. I don't mean that they are bad by that, but they tend to be a bit sluggish, particularly if you try to find rebate(or RMA) status. I have never had them screw me with a return , RMA , or any service option.
