BE-5 chips?

Just found out that my memory is using Infineon BE-5 chips...
I can't seem to find any useful information on these, anyone know anything about them?
I know very little when it comes to different memory chips... I was only aware of BH-5, BH-6, UTT based, TCCD, and TCC5 chips... is this some variation of BH-5?
Please, someone, educate the savages

Basically, you've got your standard run of the mill chips there. Hence, you haven't heard anything of them. Good chips, just not superstars in the OC world.
