I don't know much about OCing but on the main page of this site there is a big article about Heatsink fans that might help you.

Globalwin (http://www.cooltium.com/)
SwiftTech (http://www.swiftnets.com/)
DangerDen (http://www.dangerden.com/)
Also go to the cpu database on the front page of this site and check it to see what others are getting.

Look the newb is making us regulars look bad!
G/J mouse.
Ok I will answer the other questions. Check the CPU Database (http://overclockers.cssftware.com/cpudb/index.cfm) for the overclocks of others. It seems like 1.7g is where the chip runs out of steam on air. But 1.9+ with a water setup. I have no clue how much a water coling setup is but I think for a little more cash you can run H2O.
There is no way I can tell you what your temps will be.

No yelling here. :)
But please try and post in the proper topics. The mods work very hard to keep this place organized and you will get quicker and more accurate responses when you post in the proper topic as a lot of the experts in cooling or any of the other topics don't spend a lot of time in GD.
