Ha! Reversed the fans on my Alpha3125 (?), the slot 1 deal, gave a 1/2 turn to each of the backplate screws, removed the old h/s from my GF256, mod'd with the Blorb and now it's down to 36~38 idle from 41~44, and 41~44 load from 44~48.
