What does everyone think of the game? I had tried the multiplayer demo, and have to say I wasn't too impressed. I played AvP at LAN parties two years ago, and it was damn fun being the aliens...now it seems kinda lame. The leap feature is cool, but still...I think it was the level, actually. Now my friend lent me the game, and I'm doing a little Alien single player. It's pretty cool, although you rip and eat your way through hordes of humans, which seems unrealistic for one xenomorph. Am I missing something?

LOL. The AVP1 human demo scared the $h*t outta me. I'm afraid it just wasnt the same w/ AVP2... Its too easy to kill the aliens now and its harder to get killed by their acid-blood spilling on ya. :(

I have both Avp 1 and 2, and like them both. The one thing I noticed was that the weapons, particularly the smart gun sound more like the movie in AVP1. Just an opinion I guess.

I got AvP... I love playing as an alien though its hard as hell regainning health.. but if you sit next to a dead victim you can get over half your health back by continually clawing them till their body parts vanish

i dont think i ever played AvP 1 but the AvP2 scared the crap out of me... not as well as when i was playing marathon for the first time though, i was only like 10 and still impressionable haha. right it scared more than the crap outa me.. hmmm second post tonite with marathon in it.. maybe i should go make a mac work so i can play it...

i thought AvP2 was ok...i thought the graphics were good until i played MOHAA...i did like the different views from the characters. but it like Jedi Knight 2 went on the shelf and hasn't come off...infact i need to dust them
