i've been getting a lot of errors when trying to burn cds lately. it's usually an EndSession error. here's my nero error log:

i suspect that the problems are related to C-Dilla. can anyone confirm this?

EDIT: due to brinkster's hotlinking policy, you'll have to open a new browser window, then paste the link into the address bar.

I don't think the link to the log is working. I'm getting HTTP1.1 STATUS 403 Remote Access to this object forbidden

<html>
<head><title>Direct Access Forbidden</title></head>
<b>This file cannot be directly accessed from a remote site, but must be linked through the Brinkster Member's site.</b></body></html>

okay i cant even view that link, but just now may i suggest burning a cd with windowsmedia or nero or... something. if it burns problem solved. If not it might be your burner, i often had problems with my old cdburner and it always had buffer overruns that couldn't be prevented.

edit also do a firmware update or anything else these guys can think of, who knows sometimes its the stupidest problem for the most obvious solution. :bang head

ok, here's a link that should work:

http://belizefreshwater.com/Log.txt

EDIT: burning with realplayer worked, but i need to be able to burn data cds too. windows media player refused to even touch the disk.

i assume you have tried reinstalling the program? It might just be that your OS or some other program is conflicting with it and it wont be fixed easily. I might suggest getting another program like nero. I use it just cause its free and works fine. :)

i'll try reinstalling (or maybe upgrading to a different version). this is the nero that came with my cd drive, so i've been using it ever since i set up this rig. the weird thing about the errors is that it seems the audio cds still work. i was burning a cd for someone who lives in my apartment building and after the error i tested it in my system, then had him test it on a regular cd player. apparently there are no problems, so i'm lost as to why there was an error.
