Unfortunately, some cards dont like to be out of synch with your FSB speeds, so no, there isn't anything you can do but hold back on your OCing.
Find out exactly how high the card will go before errors result, then back down a notch.
Are you certain you can't get any more MHz out of your CPU by upping the voltage core?
I had a Geforce2 GTS that had the same problem. I gave up on overclocking my machine when I got it- I went from a 115mhz FSB to a 103mhz FSB, that's all the card would handle.
A few weeks later, I was messing around in my BIOS and set the FSB back to 115, just to see what would happen.
Card's been running at that speed (and higher) ever since. Apparently it just needed to get the kinks worked out, or "burn-in" or whatever you want to call it.
If it's a brand-new card, maybe run it at stock for a while and then try it again. Maybe you'll jave the same luck I did!:D

i would try different fsb but my mobo wont support it
and i cant change ANYTHING but FSB so i cant change voltage

wait, I'm confused- can you change your FSB or not?

yes, I can change FSB but that's all I can change. I haven't tried any cooling yet either.
hmmm.. you may be out of luck then. Try what I said- run it for a while then come back to it and see if it's gotten any better...that's all I can think of.
Or if it's possible on your board you can lower the AGP frequency.

Dwonload a bios update, as some allow vcore adjustment, thats what happened to my mate.
