just cant seem to get myself to FOLD on phase change, let alone D-ice!!

as it is, every 3-6 min i need to put in another small handful of Ice. i really cant see myself doing that just to get some #'s on a WU it wont finish.

plus i feel time restrained as it is with this Vid-card challenge going on.

Dry Ice...pah....where's the liquid N2? You can buy some at any airgas facility. Go N2. You'll never go back.

PS - Why am I talking? I've never put N2 on a core.

Joe, you will really be ready for gpu folding!

... but i don't think it will arrive in time to prevent an overtake :D

Have you thought about putting in a chilled water system so you can keep your folders running amongst all those non folding heaters?

Keep up the good work

Truly hardcore! Props for recycling the motherboard boxes and putting them to good use! I assume you don't have any small children or pets running around the house! ;)

Bahaha... you're about doing a very delicate comp build manuever and then all of a sudden a cat is hanging on the screen with its claws and hissing. Result: $3,000 in hardware dead ^_^

Joe Camel

I guess he gets the F added to his name right after he chews another cord up, huh?

All cats use that cute power right after you find something they destroyed.

Of course, it also helps that they can run pretty fast. :D

Only 1 of my (6 +1 'vistor') cats has ever caused me a prob with the rigs ...
When i first set up my rack shelves, i had a hard drive sitting loose on top of a psu on top shelf ... came home to find the most curious one had tried to jump up there and knocked the drive off ... it fell about 7' with the fall broken by the sata cable and power cable, and probably landed on a power cord on the floor or 2 instead of hitting concrete directly ... still working.

I think leaving some fan grills off the fans helps to deter them a bit ... although i suspect my fingers get clipped by them more often than the cats' whiskers :bang head
