Here is a pic or 2 of my latest OC attempt.
Think I may have to find some faster SDRAM to
get any higher....

Here is the memory benchmark.
It is 1 256mb stick of the Kingmax "PC150" SDRAM.
Prime95 starts getting errors when I get over 160
or so..... Will have to buy some faster stuff if I can
find it.

whoops....
*This is at cas3, anything over 152 or so, cas2 dont work
so good.

Nice CPU bench score you got there 6502kid =)
I would like to get my hands on those 512kb L2 puppy. =)
Yea really nice benchmarks dude.. hehe 512K Cache :p

wow nice overclocker dude!
I have the same memory as you, 2 x 256 kingmax tiny bga, and could never run then at cas2@150Mhz with any cpu I ever tried in my vp6 mobo. Once I got 146 with cas2 at 3.6V but the system could not run many sandra burn-in loops and was unstable.
my 1100/100 clocked to 131fsb gets 425/476MB/s with the same kingmax memory as you got, and that with a crappy via 133a. I think you can get a lot more than me. What kind of mobo are you using? what bios settings are you using? Is your system stable running cas2 that high? how many volts to achive that?

Thanks Rad.
Anything over 148-150, I have to pull one of my ram sticks
out, or turn it down to cas2.
With just 1 in, I can get to about 154 at cas2.
I think Ed is getting ready to post something about OC'ing
with multiple ram sticks.
I got the Soyo SY-TISU motherboard. 815ep chipset.
I only had the vcore at 1.525v for the 162 OC.
(Default is 1.45)
For most day to day use, I keep the fsb at 143. (1356mhz)
and at default voltage.
That way I can run all 512mb ram at cas2 and not stress
things too much. Get around 485/490 or so with that.
Here is a pic of the memory bench when I had it at 150, cas2.
(Fastest memory score I got so far....)

Yep that good memory is elusive i'd love to find something that would run cas 2 at 172FSB, as it is now at 172 i have to run minus clock speed. I just turned my corsair\133 to 160FSB cas3 it will run 155cas 2 stable and my sisandra scores around 425\525 with both settings with some good stuff i could really squeez the bandwidth out :). Its a hard thing to decide, to run at 1292 with a little lower bandwidth or at 1200 with the above scores.

Running cas222 5/7 I get 443 alu/439 fpu. I also have a 133fsb. My L2 cache has a latency of 1 while those .13u PIIIs have a latency of 0. ALso 512k cache helps too. I am trying to figure out how to get the latency to 0 with wcpuid or another l2 latency tweaker. Any ideas?

I tried to modify mine with WCPUID, but get an error.
Seems to be locked.
I had thought about trying to set mine at 1 instead of 0
to see if my Prime95 errors at 160+ go away.
Problem is probably my memory or the PCI speeds at that
point anyway.
Perhaps if they have an update to tweakbios or some other
program like that, you might be able to adjust that.
The copy I have doesnt seem to support the 815EP yet.

At 1.6GHz I am PR rated by sandra at 2050.
