Slim CD/RW+ Mounting Bracket for 5.25'' PC Case Slot?

I've seen those ultra slim cd drive IDE converters like this one here (http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=160005&Category_Code=C3), however, no one seems to sell a physical brace to fit in a desktop PC case. I don't have any slim drive slots.

What can I do?
