The top 3 that I know of are,
http://www.moosoft.com/download.php
http://www.anti-trojan.net/at.asp?l=en
http://www.agnitum.com/download/
You can use any of them for a short trial period, from 15 to 30 days before you must register them. If you don't want to keep them, delete them when you get rid of the trojan. :D
Looking at the question, and then your "sig"...
You have to use a screwdriver to remove your Trojan??? :p
(sorry...couldn't help myself...:p )
You'll get a quicker response if this is in "Software and Operating Systems".
Let's move it over there....
**whoosh**

Great, no more trojan! :D
I use Ad-Aware from Lavasoft, it can be configured to do a sweep every time you boot. You can get it here (http://www.lavasoftusa.com).

Ad Aware will not remove trojans though. It's a great program for removing spyware/ad ware though! ;)
