So i had a 360 3X120mm fan rad with 3 yate loon fans that were only about 47 cfm. I was getting pretty good temps, around 39 idle 43 load. That's with two NV-78's and a storm in the loop, pretty dang good i think. I decided to upgrade to 3 panaflo fans that are like 110cfm or so if i remember right. I also got a sunbeam rheobus to control these fans, and I have to say i'm loving it. Turn them down when i'm not playing games and it's basically silent, when i turn the games on i crank the fans up and they're still really not that loud. My temps dropped pretty good too. When the fans are running full blast i get around 35C and 39c load. I'm very happy!!
