I just obtained a Dell Optiplex GXI computer with a Pentium 200/66 MMX chip. Can this machine be overclocked and if so, how would I do it? Thank you so much for any assistance and I am looking forward to your comments. I will provide any additional information regarding the machine I am using if asked to do so. Thanks again.

You might be out of luck since its a branded computer, Dell.

Try checking for jumpers on your motherboard, if that doesn't work try programs such as SoftFSB and CPUFSB.

I've got an OptiPlex GXM 5120 sitting on my desk overclocked to 133. I think to go any higher I'd need a new chip.

Anyway, look for a set of jusmpergs right next to the cpu. THere should be a jumper set to 200. Just move it to the next higher speed and see what happens.
