Do they make it? The only thing I see is for 5/8 and I don't think that'll fit? Anything else you guys would recommend?

I haven't really been able to find any anti-kink products for 3/4" OD tubing, but I'm still looking.
Steel hose guard springs might work. I'd like to find something with a smaller wire diameter though.

I just discovered that the AR15 action springs I ordered too many of for a project are the perfect inner diameter to be used as anti-kink springs for 3/4" OD tubing. They have to be cut to shorter lengths though because they're 12" long.
They will also have to be painted because they're regular steel instead of 303 stainless.

just a thought here (as it is infront of me)

ever think of using a thick soldering wire and just wrap it around, you figure it might do the job if its thick enough

Haha! I have an extra one of those buffer springs for my AR15 actually. There are two lengths: carbine length and standard rifle length. You can order them here off of Bushmaster's website for $5.50 or $6.00:

Here's sorta what the spring looks like:

I never would have figured an AR15 part would have a place in a WC setup.

And here's my AR15 if you care to see it ;)

I used the 5/8" coolsleeves on my setup and it worked just fine. Any length over 18" gets to be a bit tricky though.

Coolsleeves may not offer as short of kink-free a bend radius as the tubing itself or the tubing with springs. It would be interestng to compare the two. Atleast I now know I have something on-hand that I can use if I get any kinks in my loop. I'll just have to trim the springs to the length I need and then give them a coat of flat black barbeque paint.

I got mine from http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/ for $3 each. I don't know if they offer both lengths though.

Bravo Company USA is a good company. I got my old rail system from them. The guy that runs it is A+ and is a highly reputable a dealer/industry partner on http://www.ar15.com/forums/ . That sounds like your best choice for a source and price. I spend most of my time there in the General Discussion forum where guns aren't even talked about. That forum is huge with over 100,000 registered members.

Its 25mm Pond hosing, cost me about £1.40 for a metre, simply ( lol not the right word) slice either side of the hard plastic rib, and you have coolsleeves !

took me absolutly freaking AGES to to but works like a dream.

Oh, so you simply took flexible corrugated pond hose and cut away to the material inbetween the corrugation. Labor intensive, but interesting.
