Helllllllp !!! Need VIA HM 2.04

I have VHM ver 1.07. it reads the 2.5v line, the 2.04 ver does not.
Iwill does not help. They gave me a bumb link. (what's new?)
Can someone direct me to a good link or site so I can get VHM ver. 2.04+ from?
